We Received Your Survey — Here’s What Happens Next

Thank you for completing the survey. Here’s what you can expect as you move through the process.

Step 1 — Bill Will Contact You

Bill Fortin will reach out to schedule a brief, approximately 15-minute conversation.

This is an opportunity to discuss:

  • What you’re experiencing

  • What you’ve already tried

  • How the lab process works

  • Insurance and lab costs

  • Any questions you may have

There is no charge and no commitment.

Step 2 — Complete Your Labs

If you decide to move forward, Bill will help arrange your lab order and morning blood draw.

Lab testing is billed either through your insurance or at the lab’s self-pay rate, depending on your circumstances.

Step 3 — Meet With Julie

Once your lab results are available, you’ll meet with:

Julie Richards, DNP, FNP-C

Julie will review your results with you and determine whether treatment may be appropriate.

Step 4 — Get Started

If treatment is appropriate and you decide to proceed, you’ll:

  • Sign the necessary consent forms

  • Receive educational materials

  • Select a membership

  • Begin your care

Have These Ready for Your Call

To help make your conversation with Bill as productive as possible, please have:

  • Your insurance card

  • A current list of medications and supplements

  • Your primary care provider’s name
