    Dr. Julie Richards is the founder and heart of BradRich Healthcare. With nearly 20 years of experience in oncology, hematology, ICU, nutritional and obesity medicine, and primary care, she blends advanced medical knowledge with real-world compassion.

    Having once weighed over 300 pounds herself, Julie knows firsthand how difficult the weight loss journey can feel. That personal experience drives her passion for GLP-1 programs, obesity medicine, and metabolic health. She founded BradRich to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered.

    Dr. Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in finance, followed by her Master’s in Nursing Education, and ultimately her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, passionate about blending science, real-life empathy, and patient education in every visit.

Since joining our team, Jessica has been a massive asset — keeping the wheels turning, smoothing out the chaos, and making sure both patients and staff feel supported. Her ability to balance a demanding leadership role here with a busy home life is nothing short of inspiring. Jaime V, LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse

Jaime is a Licensed Practical Nurse with more than a decade of clinical experience, beginning her nursing career in 2010. She has worked across multiple specialties including Women’s Health, Internal Medicine, and Dermatology, and recently returned to primary care — where she feels most connected to her purpose in nursing.

Jaime is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. Her calm demeanor and strong clinical background allow her to create a welcoming and compassionate experience for each individual she cares for.

Outside of the clinic, Jaime is a dedicated wife and proud mother of three. She also considers herself a devoted dog mom. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.
