Dr. Julie Richards, DNP-C – Doctorate Family Nurse Practitioner

  • Dr. Julie Richards is the founder and heart of BradRich Healthcare. With nearly 20 years in medicine, her experience spans from oncology, hematology, ICU, nutritional and obesity medicine, and primary care. She’s not only deeply trained — she’s personally invested in changing the face of healthcare.

  • Dr. Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in finance, followed by her Master’s in Nursing Education, and ultimately her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, passionate about blending science, real-life empathy, and patient education in every visit.

  • She founded BradRich to offer modern, nonjudgmental care, especially for those struggling with weight, metabolic health, and navigating today's broken insurance systems.

With over a decade of nursing experience, Karen Bradley, FNP-C, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Specializing in Trauma and ICU medicine, Karen has successfully transitioned from hospitalist medicine to Family Medicine and Primary Care, allowing her to offer a comprehensive understanding of patient needs across various healthcare settings.
Karen is committed to integrating both holistic and traditional medicine approaches, ensuring that patient-centered care remains at the forefront of her practice. She believes in the importance of attentive listening and strives to optimize health outcomes for each individual. To further enhance accessibility, Karen offers flexible appointment scheduling, including evenings and weekends, making it easier for patients to receive the care they need on their terms.
